The Seven Last Plagues

March 12, 2014

The Seven Last Plagues are the last plagues in the book of Revelation depicting last-day events (Revelation 15, 16). The Apostle John wrote: “And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.” The book of Revelation is loaded with prophetic language, which is the voice of Jesus, needed to survive the end-time. Thus, prophecy is the testimony of Jesus Christ (Revelation 1:1). It is the revelation of Jesus Christ that draws us into a closer relationship with Him to be saved. The Seven Last Plagues describes The Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It is God’s final proof to the world that His moral Law is the Everlasting Covenant set for all eternity. And in times past, written in tablets of stone with the finger of God signifying its permanent, unchangeable and consummate value. Today is the day to accept Jesus Christ and His Righteousness, and the gift of salvation. “As it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him” (1 Corinthians 2:9).
